Goggles banned at school swimming lessons

Imagine swimming without goggles. Many adults do not like to open their eyes in the treated water as it is filled with chlorine. This usually affects the eyes with dryness or redness. Now, imagine this being the first time learning to swim, and goggles are not allowed.
